Tracks 5 & 6 Recorded by Denis Hulett at Banquet Sound Studios in Santa Rosa, 1993. Both songs previously released on The Conspiracy's Self-Titled Demo Cassette, along with the versions of 'Amoeba Man' and '(It's A) Conspiracy' that ended up on the "Too Far Gone" album.

The Conspiracy formed in 1992 when founding members and friends Dave Young, Josh Staples, and Madrone Candea were just out of High School. Their first public performance was at their hometown of Petaluma's Phoenix Theatre with The Selecter from the UK.
